Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:

We offer shipping to the Netherlands and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the location.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Netherlands): 4-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Netherlands): 2-4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 within the Netherlands.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Customs and Import Duties:

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns Policy

Eligibility:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at info@pxp.gg to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pxp.gg.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@pxp.gg.
